What's Up? Don't Quit. Here we go...
We often communicate with our friends calling by their nick name. Buddi. Thakkali. Juni...Seeni... I call one of my friend as "Elee". - (they are living beings)
We extend the same with our pets also. We call our doggy as Aamir or Khan!!!! (I am not here to resolve it) - (they are living things but minus sixth sense)
But we are ready to extend the same with Non living things around us also...at the time of work, at the time of study, at the time of talking...etc etc.
Here is some !!! Visualize these funny dialogues by the following category of persons.
1. When a Software Guy who is testing the program and computer speed got slow down - "Saamy endu computer'la poochi vandutuchu"
2. When a Business Man who is tired selling for whole day unable to make enough money - "Kalla Pettiya pathu Evan romba mattingaranae"
3. At young age all mom often tells this to feed food - "Oru Karupu Bommaya kaati ...Nee sapdati enda poochandi pudichitu poiduvan"
4. Recall the film ....don't remember the name..Rajini calls his CAR by name Lakshmi and tells ""Enda Chellam ninuta" - when it got stopped in the middle"
5. I once went to a astrologer. He studied my horo after looking into the drawn boxes and angrily told ""Evanoda Parvaiyae Sariyellayae...I got tensed. But what he referred is the planet VENUS. He told the position of that planet is not good for some time. Appa saami nalla vela vera onnuthiyum kannu pudikala"
6.Karuppu Saamy Karuppu Saamy...(Can u guess? It is associated with what?)
I accept it comes naturally. But how joyous it is to feel. In particular when there is a problem it altogether gives us a different perspective of seeing it and makes us tension free to tackle it.
I have heard about Kinetics, Biometrics, Econometrics, Lunatic....enda tics anda tics.
But one such tics which makes your work pleasure is "NINOTICS" (Don't search in dictionary) - Art of speaking with Non Living Things.
How on earth we call computer virus, planet... as HE or SHE?
Seeing life in these non – living things makes the life comfortable. In everyone’s life comes a lonely patch when suddenly everyone seems to have vanished and dark clouds loom large overhead.
Many people were actually doing it Don't we see?
- Scientists talking to the lab equipments!
- Sculptors talking to their creations!
- Tea Master talking with Gas Stove!
- Mother talking with water pump!
I am already experiencing it...I name all the task my boss gives to me as "PROJECT SHAKTHI" however silly thing it is....My team members will now know what's the secret about it?

I knew of a person, my sister's senior, who would talk of persons as "adhu" "idhu", and discuss about "teeth" as "avar aadraar", "avar vizharaar". Even Gan uses a "personal" touch(!) when discussing systems or his bike.
Work is certainly fun with such approaches.
